A tasty and healthy breakfast is a great way to start the day right. A pampering that you can’t refuse, especially when you’re on vacation! Every morning, in the bright room decorated in Tyrolean style, a buffet of delights will await you that will win over those who prefer sweet or savory breakfasts… or both!
Everything you find at the buffet is prepared directly by us
or purchased from small producers and farmers in Val di Fiemme.
For example, our milk and yogurt are processed at the dairy farm near Cavalese, the freshly baked cakes, the homemade sweets… Plus cereals, croissants with different fillings, fragrant bread in many variations, honey and jam from Trentino farmsteads, fresh fruit, cold cuts and cheeses…
And while you choose everything you’d like to try from the buffet, we will prepare your favorite hot drink: tea, coffee and steaming cappuccinos are, of course, made on the spot. To offer you only the best, we love choosing only local products, zero kilometers away.
